How did I end up here?
After many long hours and years of working my way up from Conference Assistant to Cocktail Barmen to Wedding Coordinator to Events Recruitment Manager I ended up in the mad mad world of Operations for a Consumer Event Company that delivers exceptional days that no one else can match. I love the events we create and couldn’t do the job if I didn’t work on events that I would actually want to go to
What do I do?
Operations Manager - The show management teams creates the dream, the sales team sell the dream, the ops team build the dream !
My Passions?
Music, food, good company, cooking, live music, festivals, deserted beaches, barbecues & swimming in the sea before 9am amongst others
Why I love Brand Events?
Random, crazy, instinctive, absurd, hilarious moments. Whether it being camping in Geneva, seeing my MD get embarrassed by celebrities, karaoke in London or being sent to live in Australia with 10 days notice, this is the mad brilliant company I work for. We do events that no one else does and that no one else can
My Brand Events Highlights?
Being given charge of the Office Bar (Toby’s Bar), driving sports cars in New Zealand, being served breakfast by Giorgio Locatelli, Saturday nights at Taste of London and picking up radio 1 dj’s in a golf cart !
Where am I now?
Currently living in Bondi working with the Brand Events Australia team helping them to deliver our new event MasterChef LIVE and contemplating learning to surf
